standard package

The standard video package includes a 1-2 minute video of the main features of the house and property. The exterior is shot with a professional drone (Mavic 3 Pro Cine), and the interior is shot with a gimbal-stabilized camera. The video is edited to music. Basic text and graphics can be added to highlight main features of the property, and your end card and branding can be added if you have it. I produce full HD versions of the video, branded and unbranded; ready to be distributed widely via MLS, websites, and social media.
